PAYMENTS
Full payment must be received before final cover design files will be released to the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client wishes to cancel a custom cover design request after the design has already been completed, the client agrees to pay a $25 cancellation fee.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is fully responsible for proofing the book cover design provided by deliciousnightsdesign.com for any typos and/or errors. We strongly suggest the client order a proof copy from their printer. At no time will deliciousnightsdesign.com be held financially or legally responsible for any problems, costs, fees or expenses incurred by client as a result of using the book cover design provided by deliciousnightsdesign.com.

It is the client’s responsibility to maintain proper image licensing for any image used in the cover art. If the cover is downloaded greater than the stipulated amount or the cover is used in any way that is not covered with the standard license so that the cover breaches the stock photo contract, it is at the client’s liability.

deliciousnightsdesign.com requires cover design credit to appear in the client's book. For example Cover design by deliciousnightsdesign.com.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

deliciousnightsdesign.com grants the client exclusive license to use the final cover artwork in PDF, JPG, or other publish-ready formats for their book and/or e-book cover.

The client agrees to abide by the terms of any license agreement for any stock images purchased by deliciousnightsdesign.com through a third-party image provider for use in the client’s book cover design. The cost of cover design includes the standard license (www.https://depositphotos.com/license.html ). Images used for the client’s cover are royalty-free; however, the photographer owns the copyright to those photographs. Deliciousnightsdesign.com is not responsible for any penalties by stock photo companies due to licensing infringement.

deliciousnightsdesign.com retains the right to use the client's final book cover design, name, and book title in our portfolio and to market and promote our services. We retain copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials.

LIABILITY

Deliciousnightsdesign.com is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of revenues or profits, loss of business or reputation, or loss of data, in any way related to our services. deliciousnightsdesign.com is not responsible for any claim, loss, or injury based on errors or any other inaccuracies appearing on our site or in our clients’ written documents, including without limitation as a result of any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Deliciousnightsdesign.com reserves the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions with or without notice.
